You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your user account and finding the subscription you want to cancel and ending the subscription. If you have any trouble you can send an email to support asking to cancel, some cancellations may take up to 48 hrs. or speak with your project manager.

Yes, we offer full creative control on "custom projects" but these are often more expensive than the offerings on our product pages and require custom estimates. The products we offer here for purchase on our shop pages will offer different levels of creative control by the client for example our standard web design package allows our clients to use their own logo and branding and give input on things like color scheme and images but in order to offer a standard pricing model we limit some creative control this also helps us give the best in industry pricing while still offering class "A" designs to suit most industries.
